Griggs was on varsity as a freshman, lead the district in scoring with 17.3ppg and earned District 23-4A New comer of the year. D.J was distrcit MVP last season and has been the districts leading scorer for the past three years. In addition he earned TABC All-Region honors with 22.8ppg 4.9apg 2.1spg during his junior season.
